OLD BLUE EYES
1 1/2 ounces Ketel One vodka
3/4 ounce blue Curacao
Splash of Rose's sweet & sour mix
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice & shake. Strain &
serve in a chilled martini glass. Add a lemon twist.
HAZELNUT MARTINI
3 ounces Ketel One vodka
1/2 ounce Frangelico liqueur
Splash of Godiva chocolate liqueur
Shake ingredients well with cracked ice, strain into a
chilled martini glass.
SOUTHERN GIN
2 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Curacao
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice. Shake & strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
PARADISE
2 ounces Bombay
Sapphire gin
1 1/2 ounces
Apricot brandy
1 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Shake well with
cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

APPLETINI
2 ounces Ketel One vodka
2 ounces Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker
Splash of Rose's sweet & sour mix
Combine all ingredients & shake with ice in a cocktail shaker
& serve straight up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with
two thin apple slices.
COSMOPOLITAN
2 ounces Ketel
One vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce cranberry
juice
1 ounce Rose's
lime juice
Shake ingredients
well with cracked ice, strain into a chilled martini glass.
You can frost the rim of the glass with sugar. Garnish w/a
dash of orange bitters if you like/an orange slice.
LEMON DROP MARTINI
2 ounces Ketel
One Citroen
1 ounce Rose's
sweet & sour mix
Splash of
Cointreau
Pour ingredients into a shaker with shaved or crushed
ice. Shake & strain. Serve straight up in a sugar-rimmed
glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
JAVATINI
1 1/2 ounces
Ketel One vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce espresso coffee
Combine all
ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake & strain & serve
straight up in a cocoa & sugar mix rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings.

3 ounces
Tangueray gin
1 ounce Stoli
vodka (100 proof if you can find it)
1/2 ounce Lillet
blonde
Add a pinch of quinine powder if desired & can be
found.
Shake the gin and vodka until well cold with cracked ice,
then strain into a large champagne goblet and garnish as per
Bond's instructions.*
*A large thin slice of lemon peel
NEGRONI
1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
Shake well with cracked ice & strain
into a chilled cocktail glass &
garnish with a twist of orange peel.

The Campari Soda is
self-explanatory: Pour 3 ounces
Campari into an ice-filled Collins
glass & top off with soda; garnish
with slice of lemon or orange.
An Americano is the same,
except you replace half the Campari
with sweet vermouth.
POMEGRANATE - 4 Drinks
1/2 cup Ketel One vodka
2/3 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 Cointreau
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Mix well with cracked ice, then strain into four chilled
cocktail glasses garnished with lime wedges or star fruit.
